Shipping & Returns
I can ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping prices will vary from state to state but I will do my best to keep shipping as low as possible.
Shipping may be temporarily restricted during the summer months (from June through mid-October) because it gets dang hot in Arizona and I do not want your candles/wax melts to melt!
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with the product(s) you ordered and received, simply send it back to me for evaluation and refund. If said item is not in new condition, I can not fulfill a refund of the purchased items.
If you are not satisfied with the scent, simply return the item and pick out a scent you would like in exchange. Exchanges are only available if the item is in new condition.
If you ordered a custom item (ie. custom candles, custom tumblers/pens), exchanges and refunds are not permitted. This is due to the nature that I will not be able to sell the custom item that was purchased.
